Do You Ship The Products Globally?
Yes! We ship globally via international courier services. Shipping is trackable online and you will be provided with the tracking number once the parcel is shipped.
What Are The Shipping Methods And Rates?
Delivery within Singapore
FREE shipping to Singapore on all orders S$20 and up. Delivery via Ninjavan or similar (with tracking number).
You will receive your order within 2-5 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world
All products would be delivered via the selected courier service during checkout. S$10 shipping subsidy will be automatically applied for all orders S$200 and up.
Please note that you will be responsible for any import tax/duty imposed by your tax authorities.
How Do I Choose My Shipping Method?
You will be given options to choose from at the checkout page. The respective costs (if applicable) will be reflected on your final payment amount.
When Do You Ship Out My Order?
